For growing churches
Your church is growing. Let’s make sure it can keep going.
New people keep coming, and that’s an answer to prayer. But more of the weight is landing on you and the same few dependable people, and some weeks it feels like the growth is outrunning all of you. We take the systems and digital work off your plate, so you can get back to being a pastor.
At Covenant Fellowship, website updates and guest follow-up went from about 15 staff hours a week to about 2.
More than 100 churches. 98% stay with us; we’re decades-long ministry partners.
What you may be carrying
Why does growth feel this heavy?
What worked when you knew every face on a Sunday doesn’t hold up now. If a few of these sound like your week, you’re not alone, and none of it means you’re doing it wrong.

Pick anything you’d rather not carry and tap “Hand this off.” You’ll see what we’d do with it on the right.
5 still on your desk
On your desk
Every hat is yours.
Sermon prep and pastoral care get whatever hours the website and the inbox leave behind.
Discover · Welcome
We take the digital hats.
The website, the ads, and the upkeep come off your list, so sermon prep and pastoral care get the first hours of your week.
The same few people hold it together.
They’re tired, and you may have already lost one to the load.
Belong
Systems that run without them.
Follow-up and next steps run in Planning Center every week, whether or not anyone had a spare evening.
New faces leave unnoticed.
A family visits on Sunday, and by the next Sunday no one has reached out.
Welcome · Belong
Every guest hears from you.
A personal follow-up in your church’s voice goes out after a first visit, and the right person on your team knows who came.
No one’s sure what went out.
Email, text, the app, and the bulletin each tell a slightly different version.
Belong
One plan, one voice.
Email, text, the Church Center app, and the bulletin work from the same plan, with templates your staff can reuse.
The website is a few years behind.
Your staff answers the same questions every week because the site can’t.
Welcome
A website that answers for you.
Service times, what to expect, and new ministries stay current through our help desk, so your staff gets those hours back.
Nothing left on your desk.
On ours
Hand something off and you’ll see what we’d do with it here.
That’s the relief we want to give you. Your desk is clear for the people only you can shepherd. Each of those five lands somewhere on one connected system.

How we’d help
How do we do this? The Antioch Bridge
One connected system, built and run by Digital Outreach.
Everything you handed off above lands somewhere on this bridge. It’s one system, so your website, your follow-up, and your communication work together, and you aren’t left managing a handful of separate projects. Every new person crosses the same bridge to your church: finding you, being welcomed, and finding a place to belong. For a growing church, the weight sits at the far end, where new people need to find their place, so that’s where we start and the work moves outward from there.

Span 3: Belong
Can our systems keep up with the people God is sending?
Growth should lead to belonging. Right now it often leads to a longer to-do list for whoever is most reliable. We set up the systems behind connection, so new people move from a first visit to a group, a place to serve, and membership, and your staff stops tracking it all from memory.
Planning Center, set up for growth
Workflows that track every new person, so no one falls through the cracks
Personal follow-up
A welcome sequence after a first visit, written in your church’s voice
One communication plan
Email, text, and the Church Center app working together, with templates your staff can reuse
A Church Center app people use
Groups, giving, events, and prayer requests one tap away, without calling the office
Ways to belong
Clear paths into groups, serving, and membership
Where people get stuck
A monthly view of where people stop connecting, so you know who to call

Span 2: Welcome
Will a first-time guest still be noticed on a full Sunday?
The busier Sunday gets, the easier it is to miss someone. A guest can tell you they’re coming before they arrive, and that note goes straight to the right person on your welcome team. Your website answers the questions guests ask, so your staff doesn’t have to answer them one by one.
Plan your visit
A way for guests to tell you they’re coming, routed to the right people
What to expect
Clear answers to “what’s a Sunday like here?”
A website that keeps up
New ministries and service changes posted through our help desk, without waiting on a volunteer

Span 1: Discover
Will the people finding us now keep finding us?
People are already finding you. As your church reaches further, we keep it easy to find in search, on maps, and on social media, and we plan the seasons when more neighbors are looking, like Easter and Christmas, well before they arrive.
Showing up when neighbors search

Seasonal outreach

Invitations worth sharing
Invites your people are glad to pass along
You get back to shepherding. We carry the systems that help the people God is sending find their place.

A 30-minute call with Matt Engler, our co-founder, to see where your church stands on each span and what we’d work on first. You’ll leave with that whether or not we ever work together.

“nearly a 100% increase”
“With little to no exception, each guest reception we hold following our Sunday service has more people in it that have found us through Digital Outreach’s efforts than any other means. Our outreach events have seen an increase in attendance, with nearly a 100% increase at our annual Community Easter Egg Hunt.”

“the next phase of ministry in our city”
“We have enjoyed working with Digital Outreach to get our site to where we wanted it to be for the next phase of ministry in our city. They did a great job! Additionally, we are excited for them to be an ongoing partner with us to help us represent who we are well to our community.”

“adapted their product to fit our church’s needs”
“Digital Outreach has been a pleasure to work with. They care about the mission of Christ. They’re humble, flexible, and servant-hearted. They’re marketing experts. At every point, they’ve been responsive and worked quickly. They’ve adapted their product to fit our church’s needs. We’ve had a great experience with them and commend them to any church who wants to expand their digital reach.”

More than 100 churches served, from planters in borrowed rooms to churches welcoming new families every Sunday.
98% of churches stay with us. When one leaves, it’s usually because we told them we were no longer the right help.
Our promise
Give it six months. If the work hasn’t gotten lighter for you and your staff by then, your service is free until it does.
Ad budget not included.
On the call, Matt will walk you through what that asks of your church.
Who this is for
This is usually a fit for a church of about 200 to 600 people, where the staff is feeling the weight and the leaders are willing to change how a few things get done. We’re probably not the right help if you only want a new website, or if no one on your team can be our point person while we build.
Questions
Questions you may be asking
We’re growing. Do we need this right now?
This is usually when it helps most. The habits that carried you to this point are the ones starting to strain, and it’s easier to build systems while momentum is strong than after your team is worn out. We’d start with whatever is costing you and your staff the most time.
Will systems make our church feel less personal?
They should do the opposite. When follow-up and communication run on their own, your people have more time for the conversations only they can have. Every message we set up is written in your church’s voice.
How much time will this take from me and my staff?
Most of it comes at the start: an assessment of where things are getting stuck, and a series of working sessions while we build. After that, we carry the work and your team gets training on the parts they’ll touch.
We already use Planning Center. Do we have to switch?
No. We build inside the tools you already have, including Planning Center and the Church Center app, and make them work together.
Should we hire a communications person instead?
A staff hire gives you hands-on help, and it also adds someone to manage. We carry the plan, the build, the systems, and the upkeep without another position on your payroll. Some churches do both, and we work well alongside staff.
We’ve tried improving things before. What’s different here?
We don’t hand you a list of recommendations and leave. We build the systems, run them with you, and keep them working month after month.
Our elders will want to weigh this. Can you help?
We’d expect that, and it’s good stewardship. We’ll give your elders a short, clear explanation of what we’d build, who carries what, and how the cost is structured, so they can weigh it well.
What would this cost us?
There’s a one-time build in your first ninety days, then a monthly partnership, plus an ad budget your church pays directly to Google and Facebook, not to us. Matt will walk you through the numbers on the call and put them in writing for your elders.

Let’s talk about your church.
People in your community are finding your church, and some of them are meeting Jesus there. That’s the Lord’s work, and it deserves a church that can keep welcoming them well. We want to carry the load that’s pulling you away from them, so you can get back to shepherding. If a conversation would help, we’d be glad to have one.
Whenever the timing works for you.
“You and the people with you will certainly wear yourselves out, for the thing is too heavy for you. You are not able to do it alone.”
