For established churches

People who visit your church love it. Let’s help more of them find it.

The Word is preached. Your people care for one another. Guests who walk through the doors can feel the warmth right away. The problem is that most of your neighbors never get far enough to see it.

If you’d like more of your community to discover the church you already are, we’d love to show you what that could look like.

At Bayview Church, average Sunday attendance has grown nearly 20% since we started working together.

More than 100 churches. 98% stay with us; we’re decades-long ministry partners.

What you may be noticing

Why don’t more of our neighbors know about us?

What people love about your church happens inside the building. Your neighbors decide whether to visit long before they get there, usually from a phone, and the warmth they’d find on Sunday rarely comes through on a screen.

01

Families who moved in over the last few years haven’t heard of you.

02

Your website was built for an earlier season, and it doesn’t look like the church people meet on Sunday.

03

Outreach happens when someone has a free weekend.

04

You’d like to reach further and aren’t sure where to start.

Your church has a lot to give the people around it. More of them could see it.

How we’d help

How do we do this? The Antioch Bridge

One connected system, built and run by Digital Outreach.

The Antioch Bridge is how more of them see it. Every new person crosses the same bridge to your church: finding you, being welcomed, and finding a place to belong. Your people already welcome guests well once they’re in the room. We help that welcome begin sooner, before anyone reaches your front door. We call it digital hospitality.

Your message and your convictions stay as they are. We build the rest of the bridge with you and keep it standing, so everything a neighbor sees online looks and sounds like the church they’d meet on Sunday.

Span 1 of 3: DiscoverEasy to find

Would a family who just moved here find us?

When someone nearby searches for a church, or starts asking questions about faith, your church is easy to find. What they come across is a clear, warm picture of the church you already are.

  • Showing up when neighbors search

Your church in search results and on social media across your community

  • A website for first-time guests

A website that looks like the church people meet on Sunday

  • What to expect

Clear answers to “what’s a Sunday like here?”

Span 2 of 3: WelcomeClear to understand · Comfortable to step into

Would a first-time guest know what to expect?

A guest decides a lot before Sunday. Your website makes your church clear to understand: what a Sunday is like, where to park, and what happens with the kids. By the time they pull into the lot, walking through your doors feels comfortable.

  • Plan your visit

A way for guests to tell you they’re coming, connected to your welcome team

  • Personal follow-up

Follow-up after a first visit, written in your church’s voice

  • A clear next step

One obvious next step after a first Sunday

Span 3 of 3: BelongReady to welcome people well

Do the guests who visit come back?

When a guest visits once and doesn’t return, the reason is often small. No one followed up, or the next step wasn’t clear. We help your church be ready to welcome each guest well after Sunday too, with a personal follow-up in your church’s voice and a simple path into a group, a place to serve, and membership.

  • Ways to belong

Paths into groups, serving, and membership

  • Staying in touch

    Ongoing communication with new families

  • Where guests stop coming

A plain view of where people get stuck, so you know who to call

You keep preaching, shepherding, and leading. We carry the digital work that helps your neighbors find you and find their way in.

The Engagement Guarantee

If you don’t see three new guests a month within six months, your service is free until you do.

Ad budget not included.

On the call, Matt will walk you through what that asks of your church.

If you’re curious what this could look like for your church, we’d be glad to talk. In thirty minutes, we’ll look at where your church stands on each span of the bridge and where we’d start, and you can decide what comes next.

Whenever the timing is right.

Who we serve

Will they share what we believe?

Everyone on our team serves in a local church of their own, and we’d be representing yours online. So we’d rather be clear with you now than surprise you later.

We’re a good fit if

We aren’t the right partner if

We’re a good fit if

The gospel is at the center of your preaching.

We aren’t the right partner if

The gospel isn’t at the center of what’s preached on Sunday.

We’re a good fit if

You want your neighbors to find a home at your church.

We aren’t the right partner if

Reaching new people in your community isn’t a real priority.

We’ve turned churches away over this before. We’d rather tell you that now than discover halfway through the work that we aren’t aligned.

Questions

Questions you may be asking

We’re doing well. Why would we change anything?

You may not need to change much. A healthy church often has more to offer than its neighbors realize, and what’s missing is usually how easy the church is to find and approach. We start with what’s already strong in your church and build outward from there.

Everything we build is meant to help a family find your church, understand who you are, and arrive with confidence. The online experience should simply tell the truth about the church they’ll meet on Sunday.

We build around the church you already are, starting with your theology, your preaching, and your convictions, so a family who finds you online meets the same church on Sunday.

Some are, right now. Others aren’t yet, but they’re open, and people tend to start looking when life shifts, such as after a move or a new baby. When that moment comes, they choose from the churches they can find. We help yours be one of them.

Most of your part comes at the start: telling us about your church, giving us access to the tools we’ll need, and a few conversations along the way. After that, we carry the digital work. Your church keeps the work only it can do, welcoming people in person and caring for them.

There’s a one-time build in your first ninety days, then a monthly partnership, plus an ad budget your church pays directly to Google and Facebook, not to us. Matt will walk you through the numbers on the call and put them in writing for your elders.

We’d expect that, and it’s good stewardship. We’ll give your elders a short, clear explanation of what we’d build, who carries what, and how the cost is structured, so they can weigh it well.

Not ready to talk yet?

Who lives within fifteen minutes of our church?

You know your people well. This is a fresh look at your neighbors. It’s the same community research we do at the start of every partnership, and you can have yours now without a call. It shows who lives within about fifteen minutes of your church, how the area is changing, and where your church is well placed to connect.

Every figure comes from public sources such as the U.S. Census, the U.S. Religion Census, and Pew Research, and every estimate is labeled as one.

There’s no charge, and it arrives within a week. We’ll reach out first to confirm where your church meets, so the report centers on the right neighborhood.

I’m not exaggerating by saying I was blown away. Professionally done. Didn’t know all that was available. I actually feel more hope, which is good at my age. Well, I’m pretty encouraged.

Let’s talk about your church.

People in your community are looking for hope, and for Jesus. Your church has been faithfully pointing to Him for a long time. We want to help more of your neighbors find you, and help you welcome them well. If a conversation would help, we’d be glad to have one.

Whenever the timing works for you.

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”
